建築攝影看似很容易，就是為建築物拍照，並凸顯出它的特色，而來自紐西蘭的攝影師 Henry Hargreaves 跟別人想法很不同，他拍攝的建築物，其實是用薑餅與糖果組成的，泡泡糖、糖球、太妃糖、糖霜和甘草糖片等材料用來充當建築的磚塊，石塊，玻璃牆及其它部分，一系列著名博館讓人真假難辨，知名藝術殿堂瞬間變得更為可口。
