出生於菲律賓的Michael Vincent Manalo 目前居住於台中，擅長於攝影、複合媒材及裝置藝術，除了是世界藝術家之外也同時是位音樂家，作品大多啟發於懷舊的想像記憶及夢一般的自然環境，記錄下衰退的末日意象，虛無飄渺的噩夢般的創作，Michael Vincent Manalo的作品也曾在多國展出。

這次要介紹的作品是結合人類及數位技術，把人的頭用打字機、鬧鐘和錄影機等取代。這系列作取名Vintage Kids，每個影像中，一個標題來諷刺現代技術取代傳統的項目，表達著Michael Vincent Manalo的不屑，“Here the children laugh and play, wearing clever tools. Surely what the world needs, are more of these clever fools”
