單車是一種比汽車或機車還要環保的交通工具，找停車位也方便，但因為單車的體積較小也較輕，停在路上容易遭竊，放在家中佔空間，因此這款 Wheela the Scootbike 設計了一款可以完全摺起來的終極迷你單車，摺疊後的長度約為92公分、寬20公分，重量只有3公斤，它的外型就像一支攝影機用的三腳架，還可以用袋背將它背在身上帶出門。
