inochi02.jpgInochi is a Japanese word pronounced in “Life”. What is life? Takashi Murakami showed his different thinking by his figure…

On this video, Inochi is an alien boy, just like a boy living in Earth who is attending elementary school, having a friendship and also confusing the desire of love? There is a movie “A.I” and “E.T” directed by Steven Spielberg, I think Takashi Murakami’s inochi “Inochi” would base on those movie-Living like a human being. Started at Blum and Poe in 2004, now team up with Medicom toy, released the limited edition figure, each figure is hand signed with a production run of 200 with a price tag of USD 1500 per figure to be available at the gallery opening. In the exhibition, we can see the originally created with 5 different color ways, the Inochi’s structure or snaps by Takashi Murakami himself form 2004. From the exhibition, you can know more about Takashi Murakami saying the life how it could be. Here is a Transcript of the ‘inochi’ Exhibition Live Talk. The arts is simple concept tha you can define. Maybe someone figure that Takashi Murakami always makes money arts, but in Ldope views, Takashi Murakami created some impossiple in our life: it depends on your thinking.
